Another easy and quick recipe which has been an all time favourite since I was really small and I was probably around 7 or 8 yrs old when I was making these by myself.
They literally melt in your mouth!
I then used to make these at the Chelsea Teahouse in Avalon, when I owned it back in 1985 and then after I sold the Chelsea in 1987, I started working at Zachary's Restaurant at Terrey Hills as an apprentice chef. I used to include one on the Petite fours plate (amongst other treats) served with coffee/tea.
