Original Art & Lino-cut prints: - there are no returns or exchanges on Sweet-art by Jenni's one of a kind original piece, please consider your purchase carefully before selecting a piece of work. Included with all Original Art is a Certificate of Authenticity hand signed by Jenni.

Hand painted Greeting Cards: there are no returns or exchanges on Sweet-art by Jenni's one-of-a-kind original piece, please consider your purchase carefully before selecting a piece of work.

Recipe-art:  there are no returns or exchanges so please purchase carefully before selecting.

Pattern Library: Once a pattern has been purchased and a personalised contract has been sent out, if you change your mind; A refund will be provided promptly only if the file has not already been emailed to you. 

 Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
