I Just Wanted to Paint…

That was the plan!!

Maybe have some beautiful music playing in the background while I quietly created something lovely...  Somewhere along the way, however, I also became:

  ~ a Graphic Designer, Illustrator,

~ Surface Pattern Designer, Photographer, Social Media Manager, 

~ Website Designer, Copywriter, Salesperson, Administrator, 

~ Bookkeeper, Researcher, Contract Negotiator 

~and, apparently, my own IT Department. 

I’m still not entirely sure when that happened.

And apparently, painting is only part of it. I knew working creatively would involve more than creating. I just didn't realise quite how many other jobs would sneak into the job description.  And this blog has already proved the point. I thought it might be nice to include a little freebie with my first post. Maybe a wallpaper? Then I wondered whether anyone actually wanted a wallpaper. Maybe something useful? A printable? A checklist? And suddenly I was planning an entirely new project for the blog about wanting more time to paint. The irony was not lost on me. 😂

So there is no freebie. I have a blog :) instead.
