Artist's inspiration:  This painting is of the humble bagel with it's delicious chewiness, who doesn't love a bagel with cream cheese...I ask you? 

This painting came about because of a challenge to paint or draw something from your favourite book or magazine:  One of my favourites is Peter Reinhart's "Artisan breads every day". This book is my go-to bread book and his recipes are really great and I’ve been using them for years.

Perfect in your kitchen, family room, dining area or lounge, or liven up an office or meeting space.
