Artist's inspiration:  I made this cake for my youngest daughter when she decided to get baptised. The cake was a Lemon & Thyme Cake, piled on top with strawberries and blueberries.  It was a perfect celebration, filled with family and friends, gathering together to celebrate special days. Memories made through the sharing of food.
